The Fleurs Jaunes canyon near Cilaos on the tiny French Island of La Réunion is an absolute classic wet canyon. It's descent takes most of the day, and features water slides, abseils of 55m and 36m and a "via ferrata" style climb out of the gorge as the real highlights.
